Oct 20, 2016 11:53 AM in response to aey3of6by javaliga,Are you sharing an Apple ID? If so, you should each have your own Apple ID. If that is not the problem, then the general advice in these situations is the usual - restart and/or forced restart, restore from backup, and lastly, restore as new:
