Q: Contact changes

Both my daughter and I have iPhon 6 Plus and only one contact( same contact on both phones) keeps reverting back to default ringtones and changing numbers by deleting and adding numbers. What can I do to fix it?

Are you sharing an Apple ID? If so, you should each have your own Apple ID. If that is not the problem, then the general advice in these situations is the usual - restart and/or forced restart, restore from backup, and lastly, restore as new:
