I am trying to sign in & watch Pureflix but each time I try to go on their website I get the following error:

Is this a virus.If so how do I get rid of it?

I tried signing in on my samsung tv browser & I get the same message.I am using Verizon Fios.

What you can do is use their Help Center and start a new ticket and let them know you are having problems logging in to your account > https://support.pureflix.com/
The issue may be due to the fact that you're using a computer and logging via browser like Safari, Firefox, or Chrome.
