Q: Lightning headphones not working while connected on brand new iPhone 7 Plus

Lightning headphones not working while connected on brand new iPhone 7 Plus with the Apple headset that came with it.  Happens at least 3-5 times a day.  Unplugging the headset and reconnecting usually solves the problem.

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1, 5.1.1 upgrade
