Problem update Iphone 4s

Hello
When updating my iPhone 4S, the update did not work properly. When I connect my iPhone to my PC, iTunes intend to reinstall the update.
The download is happening correctly but when installing IOS, the iPhone seems to disconnect from the PC.
I had countless error code, I have many photos to recover.
