This is a user to user support forum, and exists for users to ask other users technical questions to troubleshoot problems they are experiencing.

You need to ensure you have the latest iTunes on the computer, version 12.5.1, which requires Windows 7 or above, or OS X 10.9.5 or above, depending on what computer you have. See these support documents for instructions on each of the steps.
