I set up my mac (OS 10.12) to login using my apple watch (series 1). To do this, I had to change my mac password and setup the 2-factor security settings. After a total chore, I got it all setup. However, within 15 min of doing all this, my iPhone (7 on iOS 10.0.3) now has several issues. All of a sudden, iOS mail completely white screen and freezes, double clicking causes screen glitches, the device becomes very hot, and the battery on both the phone and watch completely drain in minutes.
I don't want to blame it on the 2FA, but the timing is suspicious.
Has anyone had this or a similar issue?
