I just received my Iphone 6 in July. I have never gotten the screen replaced nor have i cracked it.
The top of my phone where my camera is gets SUPER hot even when i'm not using it. My screen is going in and out as well i'm super scared.

Apple advises that you should not continue using a damaged iPhone. Given the symptoms that you have described, I suggest that you turn it off completely.
