Q: Iphone 6 crashed
I was checking my messages in the morning and then my iphone suddenly crashed, got the black screen. The battery was full. I tried the power button, the hard set (holding on the home and power button for a long time) and nothing happened. I tried everything that was suggested in the forums:
- Connected to my macbook, itunes detected it but said it is stuck on recovery mode, i tried to reset the phone from itunes, but failed
- I bought a software called "Dr.Fone - iOS System Recovery" that was suggested in another forum, a waste of my time and money!!! this failed too.
Now, after a couple of days, the phone is completely unresponsive, even itunes does not detect it when I connect to my macbook. I've charged it again and tried to see if I get any "charging picture" on the phone, but nothing.
My problem is that I am currently in Mauritius and there is no apple store here. Is there a way that I can send it back to any apple store in Australia (where I bought it) to get it checked?
I am getting desperate with this issue, I think one of the component such as the motherboard inside crashed.
iPhone 6, iOS 10.0.2
