Q: Poor reception att with iPhone 7 plus

• In respect of hearing other callers:
  • If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone - Apple Support

• In respect of others hearing you:
  • Get help with the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

same problem. my iphone7 most of time has two or three out of five reception dots. and I live in dc downtown! i used sim card in my iphone5 , it show 5! i don't know it's a software problem or hardware problem.
