Q: Can't Access Phone Number nor Apple Support and Requested to Verify KeyChain!

I've already checked/am aware of links.

Support is directing me -- where I am right now "Libya" -- to find an apple store to fix the issue. Which isn't possible, as there aren't any. And I can't seem to be able to get to Keychain settings on my iPhone, because it's already pending activation on security code which it wan't to send to a US number I don't have access to anymore!
