I understand from your post that the ringtone for FaceTime calls is so loud that you have to remove your Bluetooth headset and would like to know if there is a way to change the ringtone. You can change the ringtone for FaceTime in the Notification settings. Tap Settings > Notifications > FaceTime > Sounds. The following article has some additional information about notifications and how to change the sounds:

But it's not the ringtone of Facetime calls, it is the tone that I get while I have initiated a call and waiting for it to be connected.
