Oct 21, 2016 1:22 AMby Ericn808,Thank you for your response. I reset the Location & Privacy setting and the iPhone asks to Trust This Computer. When I allow it, my PC still cannot see the iPhone. When I go to Devices and Printers in the PC, the iPhone shows up as Unspecified: Apple Mobile Device USB Driver. I wonder if Windows 7 cannot recognize iOS10 software.
