I just updated my OS from El Capitan to Sierra and I noticed that fans working like crazy for NO reason, how can I downgrade my system to El Capitan ? or Apple has released an update for sierra to solve this problem ?

It's not a problem. You likely have some third-party incompatibility causing the problem.
To revert, you must erase the hard drive and restore from a backup you made prior to installing Sierra.

I had the same problem and etrecheck showed no problems. I just put my backup back and all problems solved. ( with the same third-party apps ) I had the problems with safari

I followed the instructions and I deleted the remaining files from flexihub app but nothing happened.
I thought maybe it was a problem caused by the Xbox 360 controller drivers so I removed it and finally the problem solved.

Etrecheck doesn't show "problems." It shows what is installed on your Mac.
