Q: After upgrading my iCloud storage, I successfully backed up my iPhone but my photos for some reason didn't backup. It says "low disk space. 1500 photos unable to upload" or something along those lines. Please help as I do not want to post 1500 photos

How much did you upgrade your iCloud storage to? It may not have been enough to accommodate the backup.

Go Settings/iCloud/Photos and select Optimize iPhone/iPad Storage. That will reduce the space required by about 90% when fully effective.
