My iPad is suddenly making the craziest colors. File below.
Also, when I screenshot it and send it, it looks normal. So I think it's a screen problem.
What should I do to fix this. Or would it be better just to buy a new ipad.

contact apple using the 'contact us' at the bottom of the screen and arrange a genius bar appointment for an estimate of what it would cost to fix this. If the device is in warranty it may be fixed for free unless Apple deems this accidental damage in which case you will need to have Apple Care Extended so one of the two accidental damage allowances can be used.
Seeing that this is a very old iPad model and it is, probably, already out of warranty, and you may run the risk of having to pay the $ 200 replacement fee, I think it would be better to just replace this defective iPad with a new Pad model, instead.
