iphone folder does not appear my computer

Hello

I have an Iphone 6S.

I would like to copy my photos and movies to my laptop (windows 7). But I can't see them because it doesn't show up as a portable device in my computer. When I plug it in I do hear the sound as if any USB would make.

the Itnus does recognaize the iphone.

The only problem is that iphone folder does not appear my computer.

it used to work properly til until two weeks ago.

Does anyone know what's going on? Am I doing something wrong?

I need your help!

The iPhone should show up in Windows Explorer provided it has a non-empty camera roll, and you unlock the device before connecting to USB. You shouldn't need to change the Touch ID settings.
