Oct 21, 2016 11:02 AM in response to Eric Rootby sondrafromtx,Eric... I forgot to mention that I originally used Firefox to create my initial post on this discussion group. And then when I received your reply email, it opened in my default browser Safari. Safari would not even let me login to this Apple discussion. So I had to open Firefox again in order to reply to your reply. Think I'll just set Firefox as my default browser until Apple can get these issues resolved.
Thanks,
Sondra

Oct 21, 2016 12:45 PM in response to sondrafromtxby John Galt,Cookies and website data will be populated from sources other than the obvious open pages and tabs. They include Top Sites, Quick Website Searches, Search Engine Suggestions, Top Hits and others.
Also, when you click "Remove All" it will take some time to delete all of them. The window will repopulate before it's finished removing everything, so let it take a moment or two to finish.

Oct 21, 2016 2:01 PM in response to John Galtby sondrafromtx,Hi John... and thank you for replying. I've tried removing and/or deactivating all that you have mentioned (even on my iPhone), and the 2 websites I mentioned earlier (cbslocal.com and patch.com) still show up in my website data window even AFTER repopulating. Can't seem figure this one out :/
Thanks,
Sondra
