account disabled

Hi guys,


My account is disabled and i cant seem to be getting into my account (which registered with @me.com).


When I entered to icloud.com, it asked me to get reset password link via my email (which registered to @me.com, which I cant login in the first place, or i dont know where is the URL now). How am i going to reset and get back my account?


I tried to email to apple but they yet to respond to my enquiry since a month ago.

Don't post case numbers, we are fellow users here on these forums and they are of no use to us


You've tried re-enabling the account by answering its security questions on the http://iforgot.apple.com ?


If you can't remember your answers to your questions try contacting Support in your country to get them and the password reset : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support - that is how you contacted them ?


When the password has been reset you might then need to log out and back into the account wherever you're using it : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support
