Q: calculator on desk top

I did have my calculator on my desk top and it is gone. How do I get it back on my desktop? Thank you in advance

Your calculator app is two clicks away. Launchpad in the Dock, and then click Calculator on the first launchpad screen.

Go to the Applications folder, locate the icon for Calculator and comman-option-drag to the desktop. ?This creates an alias on the desktop which you can use to launch the calculator.

The calculator.app is in your Applications folder (Launch Pad as well—pointed out above.)

I keep the calculator a swipe away in the Notification Center:
