How can I add my calculator back to my control panel? I accidentally deleted it

Having reinstalled the Calculator App, try rebooting your iPhone. Hold down the home and power / sleep buttons for 10 to 15 seconds or until the Apple logo appears. Let the iPhone reboot, and see if the calculator icon returns to Control Center.
No data should be lost by doing this.
If you deleted the calculator app it will not appear in control center. Follow the directions here to reinstall it. Remove built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS device with iOS 10 - Apple Support

I don't believe its possible to remove any of the icons from control panel.

How did you get it deleted? Maybe try retracing those steps and if that doesn't work, Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
I Have added it back to my home screen however does not show in the control panel. The only things that are still there are camera flashlight and timer
I Deleted the calculator app on the home screen not thinking that it would also delete it from the control panel
