Q: iPad/iPhone won't sync on iTunes

Hello,

Just recently I keep getting the following every time I try to sync my iphone/pad to itunes:-

'could not be synced because this computer is no longer authorised for purchased items that are on this ipad/phone ..'

Then when I go to authorise the computer I get the message:-

'this computer is already authorised ...'

So then when I retry to sync it just goes back to the first message.

 

I have deleted itunes, Apple Mobile Device Support and all it's associated programmes, reinstalled itunes but still getting the same thing.

 

Not sure if this is related to the recent Apple ios updates and the monsterous Windows 10 update?

 

Any advise would be gratefully received.
