Q: I want to change my country from Saudi Arabia to India but in payment option none option is not there and I do not want to put my credit card information. So please suggest me what to do..?

    You need to put your credit card information in, but can remove it immediately afterwards. This is intentional, and done to stop people from arbitrarily changing iTunes Store countries.
