Q: numbers only

Hi every one,

I face strange problem, my iPhone contact names suddenly missing. Contact numbers still save in my iPhone and in iCloud, but names are gone.
I tried to sign in my iCloud by PC and I saw this:

I tried to restart the phone, or turn off and on contacts in setting. but it doesn't help.

Anyone have a fix?
