Q: I have an application completely stuck off screen

I have an application completely stuck off screen. Tried everything zoom, screen resolution etc etc. I ship up to see all windows there it is but when I click on it main screen comes back but not the application HELP!

What app is it?

Try starting in Safe mode (depress Shift key when starting).  That startup takes a while.

 

Then start normally

    Try starting in Safe Mode (Press and hold the Shift key during bootup)

    Can you open Activity Monitor and then quit the app?

    Hi I am a bit of a tard on this kind of stuff mate, I can open and close the app but it just keeps opening in the same position. I can see the open app when I swipe up to show all open apps and there it is but when I click on it the main screen comes back ut without the open app.

    I did what you said and started in safe mode and it cracked it ... I have searched google for months to get help with this and you solved it for me mate cheers for that... It was a music/dmx lighting production software.  Cheers mate...
