Q: iPad screen is frozen can't charge and can't slide or press on any icons?

out of sudden my iPad mini iOS 10!screen is frozen ,unable to charge , couldn't force off cos cannot slide or detect on any screen icons.

Have you tried a soft-reset/reboot ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the ‘slide to power off’ if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear and will it hopefully reboot

See if you can force restart the iPad ..

Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
