In simple terms, your Mac will not work properly with non-Apple "anti-virus" garbage installed. You seem to have already determined that by having Trusteer "Rapport" installed at one time, but it appears that you uninstalled it already. At present, the utterly useless "anti-virus" products you installed on your Mac is leaving it with almost no time to do anything but look for viruses that do not exist.

Please read Effective defenses against malware and other threats.

Unlike "viruses" that present no threat whatsoever to macOS, the lack of a backup is a significant threat to your data security. You don't seem to have created a recent Time Machine backup. If you have no other backup to rely upon, the information on your Mac is at risk of becoming irretrievably lost without any warning. To learn how to use Time Machine please read Use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac - Apple Support.

Update macOS. To learn how to do that please read Update the software on your Mac - Apple Support.
