Sierra

Since loading Sierra, I have had the following problems. I have changed nothing except the mistake I made by loading Sierra. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Lost the ability to SYNC and backup my iPhone 6Plus and iPad mini

iCons will not stay where I put them as they previously did…

Scrolling jumps forward and backward where it is extremely difficult to use…

Every time I moves something in/or out of a folder I a get a prompt to accept the move…

Make sure iTunes is up to date > Get the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support

For icons. Open the Finder then click View from the menu bar > Sort By > Snap to Grid

For scrolling. Check your settings in System Preferences > Mouse or Trackpad.

Every time I moves something ... make sure you are logged in as the administrator account.
