Q: Need itunes help

When I connect my phone to the computer, these two message pop up:

Photos in the Camera Roll of "my iphone" cannot be imported because the device is locked with a passcode.

and

iTunes could not connect to the iPhone “my iPhone” because an invalid response was received from the device.

Both the phone and computer are updated and this happens even if passcode is turned off in settings.

Please help!

    Don't turn OFF passcode security.  That should not be a solution; you don't want a potential thief to have access to your iPhone...

     

    If you have not already, Restart your iPhone (and enter your passcode after restart completes)

     

    Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

     

    You may want to restart your Mac too.  Then try it again.  If that does not help, and you use WiFi to connect iPhone to Mac for syncing, try using a USB docking cable instead.  Otherwise, please post back with additional details.
