Problem in ePub after iOS 10 upgrade.

I Have previously been able to download workbook to iBooks using ePub. Once downloaded and opened I could tap on hyper links in work book and then highlight and copy text from information in hyperlInks.

AFter upgrading to ios 10 I can no longer highlight and copy text from hyperlinked information. I upgraded 3 apple devices. iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Air and ipad 2. They all have same issue. However the only device not updated was iPad mini and I can still highlight and copy hyperlinked text as usual on this device. How can I fix this? Or can this be fixed?
