Recording Multitracks

Hi,

I'm trying to record a session on my laptop using Logic Pro X via interface. I have a Universal Audio Apollo Twin Duo. Today I tried to record with the 2 channels that I have in that interface but when I went to Logic both channels appears but when I select them I can't and just start to record in one channel only. I tried to select them and hit the record button on each channel but it doesn't let me.

HELP...!!!

Equipment:

MacBook Pro

2.5 GHz Intel Core i5

16GB Ram 1600 MHz DDR3

256GB Solid State Hard Drive

Logic Pro X 10.2.4

Universal Audio Apollo Twin Duo (hardware)

Console (Monitor DAW up to date)

HELP...!!!

Logic Pro X, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

You need to use Two MONO tracks with inputs set accordingly. Depending on how the driver designates them it

could be L - R, usually it's 1 - 2.

Hi,

Thanks for the soon answer. I already tried that with no luck sadly.

My problem is that it doesn't let me select both channels to record at the same time, don't know why.

Any other tip? I need help ASAP.

Can you post a screen shot of the arrange page and Mixer showing your two tracks.

It does work if you're you're using two separate MONO tracks one set to INPUT 1 the other to INPUT 2.

These are inputs not outputs.
