lost itune password

Hi Gm s, and everyone.

i have a problem with my uncle itune password.he type wrong password and it was locked.but he can answer security

questions.problem is question cant answer because it want birthday . but my uncle make first car , first boss ,first friend.

lol.where to change ,icant find change question icon.

last years i make same mistake as him, but i can answer to get my account.at that time there is change another question icon.but not found this time.

someone say if use 2 apple products, it can recover or reset password from icloud .getting code from another device of same itune account.is it true? if yes tell me how? my uncle have 2 iphone 5s and 6s with same itune account .and he use itune giftcard and purchases many.if it can help to reset his password,it will nice.

plz reply me and other with same problem for some help.

He can change his account's security question by logging into the account on http://appleid.apple.com, selecting the 'Security' section, and answering the account's current questions.

Or try : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions

If he can’t reset them he can contact Support in the country where he is (and which is therefore the country on his account) to get the questions and password reset (as long as they can confirm his id and that it's his account) : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

If his country isn't on that page he can try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
