Q: Since the iOS update in September, I have been missing a lot of my Contacts both on my iPhne 6S and my iPad Air2! Help!

The first thing we want to ensure is that all your data is safe. You can make a backup in iCloud or iTunes using this article : How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Once your data is safe, please open this help article: Get help using iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders. There is general troubleshooting, and once all that is done, please move down to the iOS specific section.
