The first thing we want to ensure is that all your data is safe. You can make a backup in iCloud or iTunes using this article : How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Once your data is safe, please open this help article: Get help using iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders. There is general troubleshooting, and once all that is done, please move down to the iOS specific section.
