I have a iPhone 6s - 64 GB (upgraded to iOS 10.0.2).
The problem facing is that there is sometime getting no ringtone until restart. Even the ringtone is not playing (even under the setting > sounds > ringtone option). However, the alert tones (for messages, whatsapp, emails, etc) are working fine, background music while playing audio is working fine & even the online videos through FB and Youtube sound playing properly.
I restored by PC and setup a new settings, then it's seem after 2-3 days. after 7 days of restored getting everyday no ringtone.
What could be the cause, and what should i do to fix it?
