I have an iPhone 6s with iOS 10.0.2, recently I noticed that it was consuming data while it is disabled. I reset the data counters and installed two 3rd party apps and all showed 0 bytes of usage but somehow I could see that it is still consuming data via the service provider. I put the sim in another phone to check if it if from the providers end but it seems the problem is from my phone. I also have the Wifi assist off.
Did anyone encounter the same problem?
