my itunes will only recognize 1 device. no matter which device I plug in, ipad,ipod touch, or new iphone 7, it always shows iphone 16GB, which is my older iphone 5. iTunes seems to be frozen in time. Any ideas what to do? I already installed the latest iTunes version yesterday. Still the same problem. Thx for any advice
