Mac App StoreHi,
Apple won't release a iOS 9 version because it would slow people to jailbreak their devices. That would then lead to open security patches in iOS, which would ruin Apples reputation of saying there OS is safe. I hope I was able to answer you question and have a nice day.

Classic Mac OSWould be nice, but since apple has followed this policy for the last ten years ... don't hold your breath. You can usually revert for around a week after a new release of software comes out. For business users, you can prevent os upgrades. Install an MDM and block upgrades.
