I would like to store my sound library (as advised on a youtube tutorial) on an external hard drive. What i'm wondering is, if I update Logic Pro X, the files that are on an external hard drive won't be recognised and they will be reinstalled. Has anyone any knowledge of the best way to store all the sound library files?
