Multiple poscast issues

since updating to iOS 10 the podcast app seems to have a bunch of small bugs. (Not that it didnt have any before but these seem to be new since iOS10)

1) the app routinely starts podcasts 3-4 seconds into the episode and also skips the last 3-4 seconds of the episode

2) it will also routinely stop playing one podcast with several minutes left, anywhere from just a few minutes to nearly half the podcast, and start playing the next podcast in the playlist

3) if it doesn't skip the end of a podcast it will often replay the last 10-15 seconds of a podcast over and over and over again

4) the transition from one podcast to the next on a play list is a much less smooth transition than it used to be. Usually takes a lot longer than before and sometimes it will not advance until I manually start the next podcast

5) when playing podcasts on my Bluetooth speaker or hooked up to my car by Bluetooth when it advances to the next podcast on the play list the volume shoots WAY up. If you look at the volume slider bar it's in the middle where it always is. If I simply tap the volume bar, not moving the slider at all, the volume will go back down to where it should be.

None of these are huge bugs but they are all annoying. Of course none are as annoying as when they got rid of the On-The-Go list a while back and replaced it with the hidden Up Next list.
