10.0.3 is not listed on software update

What model phone do you have? 10.0.3 does not apply to all iPhones. It only applies to the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.

Q: only shows 10.0.2 as new software
I have 5c, tech support said to update to 10.0.3 .
