When checking the storage with about this mac, the drive does not show the color segments with the file info.
Says calculating. Let run for an hour but no change.
Also when I click manage the system has a spinning wheel and no size info.

Try rebuilding the Spotlight Index
Moved the drive to spotlight, clicked ok, then removed but no change.
Any other ideas???

Rebuilding takes a while like maybe hours. How long did you wait for it to finish before trying again?

I let it run for 6+ hours no change. See attached screenshots.
You can see that in the manage screen shot the spinning wheel next to System.

I have this too. My startup disk still shows "Calculating..." even a month after the change to Safari. The other disks are showing the colors as they should. Manage shows everything except the last entry "System" with the spinning wheel.
