I don't have a control center on my phone. It doesn't swipe up. It just has the window when you swipe left.
iPhone 6s, iOS 10.0.2
It should work by swiping from the bottom up. Mine's working fine on iOS 10.

It doesn't swipe up. I have gone into settings and turned on the accessibility in control center to use on lock screen and within apps. It will only swipe left and show widgets.

I Finally did a reset and redownloaded the software and I do have the Control Center.
