Q: Which number is correct?

iTunes says my phone has 9.7GB free, but Settings -> General -> Usage says it's only got 2.64GB. I can't tell from the article which is actually closer to correct.

Did I miss something? Anyone know which number I should believe?

iPhone 5s, iOS 10.0.2
