RAW images: viewing/deleting/sorting?

I just switched over from a PC to a Macbook pro. On windows, I could go through my RAW images in viewer and using the arrow buttons and delete button, quickly go through my photos, deleting the bad ones before I even import into Adobe Lightroom. This saves so much time, verses deleting in Lightroom. In viewer, I can view full screen and delete with one click rather than several. Is there a similar program I can use for a mac? In the Mac viewer, I can't seem to delete..... or, am I missing some extra features in Lightroom? Thank you!
