It sounds like there's discrepancies with the storage amount available in your device settings from what's displayed in iTunes on a computer. The first thing we want to ensure is that all your data on your device is safe. You can make a backup in iCloud or iTunes using this article: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Once we know your data is safe, please open this help article: How OS X and iOS report storage capacity. It goes over how iOS reports the storage on your device.
