purchases not downloading???

Hello,

A couple of weeks ago I bought a movie and it didn't download at the time.

It happened a second time a week later, but last weekend the film started downloading as soon the purchase was complete so I assumed the issue was resolved.

However, it just happened again.

I've checked the iTunes preferences and can't find anything that is preventing purchases to download immediately.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
