Q: I need to reset my Security questions...

...but to do that i need to verify my email second email, but to do that i need the questions.

what should I do?

I can't talk to people over the phone, as I have severe anxiety.

Try using Apple's iForgot service. If you can't reset the security questions through it, fill out and submit this form; if there’s a way of doing this without calling in your case, they’ll say so.
