Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important being able to use Bootcamp on your Mac is to you! Based on what you stated, it seems you may be having issues with being able to see your previously installed Bootcamp partition to start up into Windows on your Mac after you installed the NTFS for Mac driver from Paragon Software. First, try running First Aid on your hard drives and partitions with the built in Disk Utility tool, as this can correct simple issues like you're experiencing.
Disk Utility (Yosemite): Check a disk for problems
Disk Utility (Yosemite): Repair a non-startup disk
Disk Utility (Yosemite): Repair a disk
You can also use safe mode to start up your Mac so that it performs certain checks, delete system cache files, verifies your startup disk, and attempts to repair directory issues if needed. Log into your user account and see if the Bootcamp partition appears in Disk Utility while in safe mode and then restart normally and test the issue again.
Try safe mode if your Mac doesn't finish starting up
Limited graphics performance in OS X recovery or safe mode
Also, since this issue started after installing the NTFS for Mac driver from Paragon, you may want to contact their support as they may have a solution as well.
