Q: IPad pro problems

Mi ipad pro recently has not been playing videos on certain apps. YouTube works fine but when I open Netflix and play a video all I see is a black screen. Also, when I play a video through the Video app it does the same. I can scroll through a part of the movie and see a picture screen of the scen but it just does not play. Is there a problem with the new update? What can I do to fix this?
