iOS 10.2 problems

Hi!

Please help! I am having horrendous problems with the "pushed" updates onto my 5s. It has now been bricked three times (I'm in the midst of trying to downgrade (AGAIN) to 9.34 (or whatever) as I type this. I am on iTunes (version iOS 10.0.2).It's on step 4 of 4 trying to restore. It's been an hour. Should it take that long?!? Plus, it's been two full days since I've not had access to my phone or text. This is not safe. I need assistance, please.


Not sure if this is Apple's way of making us buy a new phone or not. Very sick and tired Apple. My 2-year contract is up and, if I can't get the phone fixed, I will switch to android.

iPhone 5s, iOS 10.0.2, Bricked. NEED to restore!
